At Dr.Shok's office we are dedicated to being the premier orthodontic practice in NW Pennsylvania. To succeed at this endeavor, we incorporate the highest technology into a friendly, caring and professional environment.

We strive to greet our patients in a gracious, personal manner to attend to their needs, and to provide skilled, sincere service that surpasses their expectations, with the highest level of orthodontic care.

Our goal is to create excellent smiles by maximizing each team member's gifts and abilities. We recognize that the success achieved is the product of the attitudes and spirit of the parties involved.

Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.

We share your concern about missing school or work, and we make every effort to ensure that all patients receive convenient appointments. The treatment coordinator will discuss scheduling and the length of necessary appointments.

Sterilization

For your health and peace of mind, we take a variety of precautions with each of our patients, including heat sterilization of instruments and steam sterilization of hand pieces. All treatment surfaces are disinfected with the most effective and safest products available before and after each patient appointment. Be assured that we never recycle orthodontic brackets.
