First Visit

At your first appointment, Dr. Shok will conduct a thorough dental, facial and TMJ exam. We will also provide you with complimentary computerized digital imaging. Dr. Shok and his staff will explain your orthodontic condition in great detail, and provide you with all the possible treatment alternatives. The treatment fee and payment options will also be discussed.

Records

Orthodontic records are necessary diagnostic data that facilitate and verify the appropriate treatment. These records include study models of the teeth, photographs and radiographs of the teeth and facial bones.
